“ So I hardly ever write reviews. However I cannot allow this service and parts section to not be praised. I live in the Huntsville area but visited the mobile area for a two day conference. I had been trying to get both of the Mitsubishi dealers in my drivable area up north to get me in to handle a very frustrating issue with my key and interface. I was starting to think it would not be fixed unless I hired a non Mitsubishi tech to get me 500$ key made. On the ride down to Mobile I decided to give it a shot and see if maybe they could work something out. Much to my surprise they were able to get me in the next morning. Upon arrival I was greeted by two wonderful human beings that were very interested in helping me. I was treated with respect and given attention as if I was a normal customer. After a candid discussion with my advisor I was assured that we could get this handled. I was shown to the customer waiting area where hot coffee was waiting for me and they got right to work on my vehicle. No driving it to the back so I didn’t see what they were doing or any kind of shifty treatment like you see in some places. It was just two techs working hard to troubleshoot the problem. I learned later that one of them is something akin to Micheal Jordan of the Mitsubishi service world. I will say that just the service I received and the quick work to fix my initial problem would have been enough to warrant this review. In addition to all of that the service liaison noticed I was missing a small trim piece beneath my back door and asked kindly if I wanted them to look at it. Nothing pushy or trying to upsale. Just genuine concern for my situation. I told them I knew it was missing just hadn’t had the time to take it in. He was kind and quoted the repair for the trim with no pressure. Said the part was in stock and they could put it on without having to make a huge deal out of it. Then within a few minutes I was approached and told that everything was ready for me. I walked out and the vehicle was there prepped and ready for me. No going to look for it on the back lot or having to wait for someone to bring it around. This place is literally the best experience I have had with any vehicle in the last 30+ years of driving. It’s the kind of place that cares about what they do and the people they serve. I cannot stress how thankful I am for every single person that I worked with. From the initial phone call to the final handshake. These folks are the real deal and will have my business and anyone I can send them. ”
