“ Very professional from beginning. Some misunderstandings about trade in . They were supposed to forward information to my bank ( overnighting documents to prevent auto pay transactions from going through after making a visit to car lot they assured me it wouldn’t go through but it did. . Documents were actually sent through fed ex 2 days later. Left messages and also visited the store to get a better understanding of what’s really going on. Also my trade in was paid off in full but is still on my bank account. Upon a conversation with the salesman, it will be taken care of. Purchased new vehicle May 28,2026 and as of today it’s still on my personal loan an account . Communicate is everything in which someone is lacking in that area. ”
